RPCOM adheres to the following corporate ethics and philosophy – it’s always necessary to keep in mind the interests and demands of people that work for us. For our aim is not simply the growth of business – we want every man and woman whom we hire to achieve personal success and to realize his or her potential as fully as possible.

Our company policy is founded on values common to all human beings: respect, mutual trust, involvement, responsibility and positive outlook. These are the distinctive qualities that make our team so efficient – it’s thanks to these that all of us can face any business challenge successfully and that our team members get real heart-felt satisfaction from working for us.

We call our approach “internal transparency”. It’s even more than that – it’s a fundamental principle of our day-to-day work. Every employee is perfectly entitled to discuss his or her ideas with any boss – and we do mean top-managers of any level. We want our people to feel valued, respected and in demand, appreciated by their superiors, so we welcome every initiative on their part to the best of our ability.

We firmly believe that it’s impossible to motivate one’s staff with social benefits and bonuses only – one’s employees are best motivated when they know their company is sincerely interested in their personal growth. So we run the internal company project called “Grow with your company!”. All the participants are helped to develop their own individual plans of career and professional growth. We at RPCOM have made another step further – we have opened a “Corporate University”, that is a training center for all levels of our staff. Every year many of our employees are sent abroad for corporate and professional training sessions that take place in Europe and USA. That’s the way they keep their ideas up-to-date and are able to benefit from experience of our foreign colleagues.
